John Day 5

Today started off with me making ceviche.

Luis Garcia's recipe.

1. Lime Juice - hand squeezed 
2. Fish fine diced- from Paco
3. red onion 
4. cucumber
5. roma tomatos
6. worcestershire sauce
7. soy sauce
8. salt

• I added
• Red, yellow and orange Bell Peppers
• jalapeno 

I then made my Pico de Gallo salsa.

While making the ceviche and the salsa Eric brought us a bird to take to the vet. It is not doing well.

We then went out to Les's House. Must see all of these photos.

hotel lagunita for lunch, The pico is fab and the nachos we good. Alison had a Steak burrito, and anson raved about the chicken soup.

Griffin and I hike up to launch and did a tandem flight. Short but unique. Low level thermal ing and a switch y wind in the LZ Video

dinner at Sushi

Went up to Aldo's house after Dinner. He was not feeling well so we did not stay long.

Went to dinner at Tacos y Mas also.

On the way home we stopped at the store for water and Luis's wife gave us hicama to take to Luis's Mom.

Made a bunch of tea. Now off to bed.
